This page will periodically contain historical articles written by invited authors. Each article will be focus on a topic from the history of Martin County. The articles may also include a regional focus because Martin County was part of a larger environment and historical movements. Each article will be researched and have citations of references. References must be traceable. If possible, internet references will be included to allow readers to read a reference. Wikipedia will not be accepted as the sole resource due to its oftentimes unreliability.
